Simply outstanding is how I would describe my experience with Fort Collins Restoration Pro. I almost never write reviews but I am happy to write this one because of the quality of service we received during the water cleanup we experienced from these guys.
My wife noticed a leak on a Friday and I called Fort Collins Restoration Pro from the airport the following morning. They arrived at my house before 8AM and helped my wife to find the source of the leak. They made every effort to minimize the amount of mitigation that would be needed and they protected our property throughout the whole process. All of the team were very respectful, professional, and answered all of our questions. I hope you never have to deal with water damage. However, if you do, I would strongly recommend Fort Collins Restoration Pro.
I am very happy with my experience with Fort Collins Restoration Pro. They took many precautions to protect the areas they were walking in and out of and were very respectful of our home. The managers were very patient, attentive, and answered all of our questions and concerns. They had to cut out some drywall and they did so very neatly and they left that area very clean when they were finished. They have to come back again for a mold inspection soon. Thanks guys!
They were very fast to arrive even very early in the morning. They were professional and very helpful. They stayed and watched the property for me while I left to take care of family. If we ever have a disaster problem again I will definitely call them.
A few days ago, I woke up in the middle of the night and found a pluming flood which caused major flooding on both floors of my home. I called Fort Collins Restoration Pro early in the morning and they showed up very fast and had my house cleaned up and in the drying process by the afternoon. They were ver professional, had a great attitude, and were hard workers. They were amazing. They showed respect for my house and my furniture and personal items that they moved and stored in my garage with a dryer to try and save as much as possible.
No trace was left behind. They hauled away the flooded carpet underlayment, linoleum, and other waste. They have followed up with me as I waited for the insurance claim to finalize the restoration service with Fort Collins Restoration Pro. Fort Collins Restoration Pro is also working with my carpet supplier and plumber to make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you so much to the team and managers at Fort Collins Restoration Pro.
